Shipping and returns

Shipping within the EU and internationally:

Many of our products are individually handcrafted after the order is placed. The respective delivery times can be found directly on the product page – usually between 3–7 weeks, depending on the size of the piece and our production capacity.

Shipping is carried out exclusively with FedEx or TNT, our reliable partners for high-quality and secure delivery.

Deliveries within the EU: free of charge
Deliveries outside the EU (e.g. USA, Canada, UK): shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We will notify you by email as soon as your item has been shipped and will provide all tracking information.

Returns:

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped with our selected delivery partners. Many of our products are made to order to ensure the highest quality and precision.
The respective delivery time is stated in the product description.

We accept returns within 10 days after receiving the goods.
Please note:

• The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its complete original packaging.

• As some items are made to order, we reserve the right to decline returns in cases of visible wear or damage.

To initiate a return, please contact us via email in advance. We are happy to assist you throughout the process.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Cancellation:

Cancellations are not accepted.
